The Sun Peaks Recreational Trail Association was formed in 2014. Our goal is to promote a healthy community lifestyle, as well as the appreciation of our environment, through the maintenance and development of free to use recreational trails in the Sun Peaks area. We are currently focused on mountain bike trails, but in the future we are keen to expand into advocating for trails suitable to other outdoor activities such as hiking and snowshoeing. The trail network in Sun Peaks has a huge amount of untapped potential and we want to take it to the next level!

 

While we work closely with both Sun Peaks Resort LLP and the Sun Peaks Mountain Resort Municipality, we are an independent, non-profit volunteer organisation with the goal of creating free to access trails for everyone in the community to enjoy.
